My product isn’t working! What can I do?
If your product arrives safely but appears to have a defect from the manufacturer please contact us. The manufacturer will have to be contacted to replace the item, and our service team can either give you the contact information or contact them for you, depending on what the particular manufacturer's instructions are for such occurrences.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! You are welcome to return any unused or unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a store credit, no questions asked.
All customers are able to return any unused and unopened items to our warehouse for an exchange or merchandise credit.
